Get together a group of friends, and we can host a party for you! A great way to connect with family, hang with friends, or celebrate any occasion! Please contact us prior to booking to make sure we have your preferred date available. Work will be available for pickup three weeks after your party. We can also ship for additional packing and shipping fees!
*There is a minimum charge of $300 for 2 hours of studio time, which includes 5 people. You can add additional people for $60/person. Our studio limit is 24 people.
To book a party:
Email us at stacey@keysclayspace.com and check availability for your preferred date and time. Choose a project.
Head to the website. Use “book a private party” option. You will enter the number of people attending, or at least the number 5. This will basically hold your spot for a reservation charge of $300. Please write in all helpful notes about your party, project choice, any special needs.
Feel free to add more attendees up until the day prior to your party. You will use the same tab on the website to do this. Make sure you indicate in the notes which party you are adding to. (Use the party host/organizer name).
What we provide:
We will offer you selections for projects based on the number of people you have, age group, and anything special you have in mind! You will choose one project and have two hours of studio time to hang out and make your projects. Some projects allow for painting your projects in the same session, and some require that we glaze them for you at a later date. You will have one fabulous teacher to assist with your projects. All art materials are included! If you would like to create an advanced project, we are happy to work out any additional charges for extra clay or extended time.
What you provide:
Any food, snacks, beverages, napkins, plates, and decorations. If you need to decorate a space, we’ll arrange for that prior to your gathering. Guests are required to clean up afterwards and take trash out of the studio.
Extra info:
Working in clay/ceramics can sometimes result in cracks or imperfections. Please be aware that we are not responsible for such things and will take very good care of all artwork while it’s in our hands. Also, you MUST pick up work within one month of class, or make arrangements to have it shipped within a month. Thank you! You must pay the reservation fee of $300 to book your class and hold the day/time. You may add extra people up until the day before class. Please contact us if you have any last minute additions and we’ll try to accommodate. Cancellations will result in a 50% cancellation fee. Thank you for understanding.
