


Gentle Flow Yoga + Clay Hearts + Mimosas/May 10
Ease into the morning with a heart opening, nurturing yoga sequence designed to melt away tension and cultivate gentle self love. Perfect for moms, daughters, or anyone wishing to honor the maternal spirit. You will be guided by yoga instructor Svetlana.
Following your yoga session, move to the clay studio, where you will create a sweet heart shaped plate which you can embellish, texturize, and glaze. We will serve mimosas and treats!
All levels are welcome! No experience required in either yoga or clay.
Please bring a yoga mat and towel to class. Wear comfortable layers for movement and sitting on the floor. We will be outdoors for yoga, and we will move indoors in case of rain.
